ISD psychologists: radicalised are ordinary people misled into ideology

Two intelligence psychologists with Singapore's Internal Security Department describe how they rehabilitate terror detainees held under the ISA, saying radicalised individuals often appear ordinary. Their work is part of SGSecure, which marks its 10th anniversary on Sept 23, and ISD's annual report says youth radicalisation cases have nearly quadrupled in five years.
