DOE: letters using its name outside official channels are invalid

The Department of Environment says any letter or document using its name, officers' positions or details for official business outside established official channels is invalid and unrecognised. The clarification follows social media and media reports of the department's name being misused for bookings and procurement, including a case reported in Kuala Lumpur, and the DOE has lodged a police report.
