IJM Land launches Merione Residences in George Town
IJM Land Berhad launched Merione Residences, a 39-storey tower with 145 semi-furnished residential units, in George Town, Penang. The launch follows the success of Merione Grand, which saw 100 per cent bookings for its commercial units. The project sits next to the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway and connects to the Penang Bridge and Penang International Airport.
