South Korea to hold video talks with US on $350b investment plan
South Korea's industry minister said on Sept 13 that Seoul will hold further video-conference talks with Washington this week to finalise details of its proposed US$350 billion investment commitment to the US. A US$200 billion ceiling for strategic investments, including a US$20 billion annual cap, has already been agreed and will not change, though several issues remain unresolved.
