Anwar meets India's Grand Mufti at Jamia Markaz in Calicut

Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim held an hour-long meeting with India's Grand Mufti Sheikh Abubakr Ahmad at Markazu Saquafathi Sunniya (Jamia Markaz) in Calicut, Kerala, after attending the 18th BRICS Leaders' Summit in New Delhi. They exchanged views on community development, education and interfaith harmony. Anwar arrived at Calicut International Airport at 4.56pm local time as part of a five-day working visit to India.
