Shah Alam High Court rules in teen's murder of schoolmate

The Shah Alam High Court is delivering its verdict in the murder case of a 14-year-old boy accused of killing his 16-year-old schoolmate Yap Xin Xuan, with the victim's family present in court. The killing took place on 14 October 2025 in a school toilet in Bandar Utama, Damansara, Petaling Jaya. The judge found a prima facie case on 13 August and the boy must enter his defence.
