Capital A issues 3,500 new shares via exercise of 2021/2028 warrants
Capital A Berhad issued 3,500 new shares through the exercise of its 2021/2028 warrants at 28 sen each. After the issue, its share capital stands at 4,479,217,848 units worth RM596,622,191.43, with 3,500 warrants cancelled. The new shares list on 15 September 2026.
