AFC audit report to be handed to new FAM exco after Sept 17 election
The incoming FA of Malaysia leadership will receive a full Asian Football Confederation governance audit report after the Sept 17 election-cum-congress, AFC general-secretary Datuk Seri Windsor Paul confirmed. The audit found FAM had not tabled annual budgets to congress since 2016 and that up to 70 per cent of spending went to staff costs and national team campaigns, starving grassroots and technical pathways.
