A 39-year-old man in Singapore pleaded guilty on Monday to sexually penetrating a minor, recruiting a child for sexual exploitation and causing hurt, after befriending a 14-year-old girl on the Heymandi app in 2022 and arranging encounters with other men. The court called for reports on corrective training and preventive detention, with 14 more charges considered.
