Tham Foo Keong, a substantial shareholder of Greenyield Berhad, disposed of 1,253,200 ordinary shares through the open market on 10 September 2026. After the disposal his direct interest stands at 94,682,491 shares, or 17.083% of the company. The change was announced to Bursa Malaysia on 14 September 2026.
