Police probe Action Design over unpaid salaries, CPF complaints

Singapore interior design firm Action Design is under investigation by police and government agencies following complaints over unfinished renovation works, missing furnishings, unpaid salaries and CPF contributions. CPF Board has begun legal action and the Manpower Ministry is investigating possible employment law breaches. Co-founder John Tan told CNA the firm is insolvent and owes staff about $10,000.
