Penang council uses crane truck to lift illegally parked car in minutes

Penang Island City Council used a multi-purpose crane truck to lift and secure an illegally parked vehicle in minutes, in a video that drew about 140,000 views. Council member Hu Youqiang said the truck, bought in 2022, is the only one of its kind in Penang and handles cases normal tow trucks cannot.
