Sarawak expects 30,000 needing palliative care by 2030, says Dr Sim
Sarawak's Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Dr Sim Kui Hian said about 30,000 people in the state are expected to need palliative care by 2030, and more facilities are needed. He spoke in Kuching after launching NorthBank Business Exchange and NBX Residence I, and said palliative care will be part of the proposed Sarawak Cancer Centre. On MA63 health autonomy, he said the matter awaits a political decision by the Prime Minister and federal government.
