Concrete falls from Bukit Panjang condo balcony; developer faces court case

A court case has been filed against developer Vinsier Investment and other parties after a concrete slab fell about 20 metres from a balcony at a condominium in Bukit Panjang. The incident occurred on Feb 15, 2025 at Block 105 of Forett Residences on Petir Road, where cement plaster came loose and fell onto a first-floor unit. All parties deny liability.
