DBKK denies secret rezoning of Jalan Sang Kancil site
Kota Kinabalu City Hall (DBKK) has denied claims that the rezoning of Lot 602 at Jalan Sang Kancil was done secretly, saying planning approval was granted within the statutory framework. It said the development plan was approved on Nov 11, 2025 under Section 15 of the Sabah Town and Country Planning Ordinance, and warned of legal action against those spreading false or defamatory statements.
