Public Bank officers' fund ceases to be substantial shareholder of MKH
Public Bank Group Officers' Retirement Benefits Fund has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of MKH Berhad after disposing of 53,352,059 shares to Whitmore Holdings Sdn Bhd. The disposal followed acceptance of an unconditional mandatory take-over offer by Whitmore Holdings. The notice was dated 14 September 2026.
