An African-American woman on TikTok claimed she was ignored and treated unfairly at a restaurant in Kuala Lumpur International Airport, by an e-hailing driver, and at a shoe shop in downtown Kuala Lumpur. She called Malaysia one of the most racist countries she has visited, though she praised its food.
