Man filmed putting community cat into car boot at Joo Seng Road; NParks says he was taking it to vet

At Joo Seng Road in Singapore, a man was filmed picking up a community cat and attempting to place it into a carrier in a car boot. NParks investigated and said he is a community cat caregiver who was trying to bring an injured cat to a veterinary clinic; the cat later escaped and was seen back in the neighbourhood.
