OMESTI proposes 5-to-1 share consolidation, name change to Tegra Berhad
OMESTI Berhad has issued a circular to shareholders proposing to consolidate every five existing ordinary shares into one, with the entitlement date to be determined later. The company also proposes changing its name from OMESTI Berhad to Tegra Berhad. The announcement was made on 15 September 2026.
