Hong Kong to unveil first five-year plan, Lee says capitalism retained
Hong Kong will publish its first five-year plan on Wednesday, setting development priorities through 2030 alongside China's 15th Five-Year Plan. Chief Executive John Lee said the city will keep its capitalist system and uphold 'one country, two systems'. The plan covers finance, technology, housing and the Northern Metropolis mega-project, which is expected to cost at least HK$224 billion.
