Sime Darby Property to buy 556.96 acres in Kulai from SD Guthrie for RM418.5mil
Sime Darby Property Berhad, through wholly owned subsidiary Sime Darby Property (Kulai) Sdn Bhd, is acquiring two freehold land parcels totalling about 556.96 acres in Mukim Senai, Kulai district, Johor, from SD Guthrie Berhad for RM418.5 million in cash. The acquisition is a related party transaction announced to Bursa Malaysia on 15 September 2026.
