KL police propose KK Mart stores as GTSP safety points

Kuala Lumpur police are proposing to turn about 700 KK Mart outlets in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor into Go-To-Safety-Points where the public can seek emergency help. Police chief Datuk Fadil Marsus said the partnership would include joint patrols and possibly access to the chain's central CCTV feed. The proposal was announced at the opening of a KK Mart branch at the Kuala Lumpur contingent police headquarters.
