Tanjung Aru assemblyman demands Asian PAC hand over original development plan within three weeks
In Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, residents of a housing complex next to a shopping mall back assemblyman Datuk Junz Wong's demand that developer Asian PAC produce the original development plan approved over 10 years ago within three weeks. Resident Tony Koh says the document is needed to prove the ownership status of disputed public space and explain the decade-long delay in strata title applications. The issue was raised after a meeting with Asian PAC management, and both assemblymen plan to take it to the state assembly.
