Miri rabies vaccination drive draws low turnout, Lee urges dog owners to act

Only 114 dogs were vaccinated at the mobile rabies clinic at A Hong Grocer Tudan in Miri over the weekend of Sept 12-13, prompting State Transport Minister Lee Kim Shin to call for greater turnout. The Sarawak Veterinary Service Department will hold further mobile vaccination sessions on the remaining weekends of September, offering free microchipping and licensing.
