Bintai Kinden gets RM1.5m in profit guarantee settlement
Bintai Kinden Corporation Bhd said it reached a full out-of-court settlement with Yeo Eng Lam over a profit guarantee recovery claim, receiving RM1.5 million on Sept 11, 2026. After about RM100,000 in legal fees, the net positive financial impact is expected to be around RM1.4 million. The company said the settlement has no material operational impact.
