US energy technology company GE Vernova and Thailand's B.Grimm Power signed two agreements on Tuesday at the Gastech conference in Bangkok. One deal covers the supply of a gas turbine and generator for a gas-fired power plant in Perlis, Malaysia, owned by B.Grimm Power, with commercial operation targeted for the fourth quarter of 2029. A separate 14-year services agreement covers five gas turbine packages at B.Grimm's Bangkadi 1 and 2 plants in Thailand.
