The Italian cruise ship Costa Serena arrived in Nagoya on Tuesday to house about 4,000 athletes and officials for the Asian Games, which open Saturday. South Korean and other teams have complained about container-style huts, leaking sinks and a shortage of beds, with hundreds briefly evacuated last week after record rainfall flooded Nagoya.
