Singapore PSI hits unhealthy levels in four of five regions as haze drifts in from Indonesia
Four of Singapore's five regions recorded unhealthy 24-hour PSI readings on Sep 14, with the central region reaching 136 and the southern region crossing the threshold at 10pm. Singapore's NEA said winds shifting east-southeast were carrying smoke from fires in Kalimantan and southern Sumatra towards the island, and warned dry conditions could keep the haze around. Haze has also affected parts of Sarawak, Peninsular Malaysia and southern Vietnam.
