Sejahtera 113, a high-rise residential development in Taman Sejahtera, Alma, Bukit Mertajam, was launched in February 2026 with 113 units. The project offers 900 sq ft units with a 3+1 room concept and prices from RM369,000, part of Penang's Rumah MutiaraKu (RMKu) Type D affordable housing category.
