Papagomo's bid to delay RM280,000 payment to Guan Eng and son rejected

The High Court in Kuala Lumpur dismissed blogger Wan Azri Wan Deris's application to stay a RM280,000 defamation judgment in favour of Lim Guan Eng and his son. Justice Roslan Mat Nor found no special circumstances to justify the stay and ordered Wan Azri to pay RM5,000 in costs.
