1. Sarawak village heads told to watch over KKDW solar LED lights

   Deputy Rural and Regional Development Minister Datuk Rubiah Wang asked community and village heads to monitor solar LED street lights under the KKDW Sejahtera Project to prevent theft and vandalism. She spoke at a handover event at Pusat Penjaja MPKS in Asajaya, Kota Samarahan, and said the programme will be expanded in stages to Baram, Ulu Rajang, Bario and Kapit.

2. Tanker driver injured, trapped in crash at Bulatan ILP Samarahan

   5 days ago Saluran 122 Bulatan ILP Samarahan Expressway, Kota Samarahan, Sarawak

   A 36-year-old tanker driver injured his right leg after being trapped in a crash with a cargo lorry at the Bulatan ILP Samarahan Expressway junction in Kota Samarahan early this morning. Kota Samarahan fire and rescue personnel used a Rescue Tool Kit to free him before he was taken to IJN Kota Samarahan in an EMRS vehicle.
