6. SWCorp Pahang: litterbugs offer higher fines to avoid community service

Her father suffered minor injuries and was taken to the Red Zone of Hospital Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah after a suspected heart attack, while the 21-year-old driver was unhurt. Police said the rider had no driving licence and the case is being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
