Malaysia's sailing squad is targeting at least one gold medal at the Asian Games 2026 in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan. Team manager Mohd Afendy Abdullah said the target rests on four experienced sailors including Khairulnizam Mohd Afendy and Nur Shazrin Mohamad Latif. The sailing events will be held in Gamagori, Aichi.

Hilton Burau Bay Langkawi Resort was officially launched in Langkawi, Kedah, on Sept 10, following a soft opening earlier this year. Tradewinds Corp group MD Amrin Awaluddin said the resort reflects investor confidence in Langkawi and should benefit the local economy and community. The Sultan of Kedah and Kedah Menteri Besar Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor attended the ceremony.

Hilton Burau Bay Langkawi Resort (HBBLR) in Teluk Burau, Langkawi, was officially opened by the Sultan of Kedah, Sultan Sallehuddin Sultan Badlishah, last night. The 251-room and suite resort is the fifth property owned by Tradewinds Corporation Berhad on the island.

Resorts World Langkawi and ONE°15 Marina have partnered to develop ONE°15 Marina Langkawi, a new marina with over 90 berths for luxury yachts up to 140 feet. The Langkawi project is expected to receive its first yacht in the second half of 2027 and aims to strengthen Langkawi's position as a regional marine tourism hub.
