A 58-year-old man, Mangka Enting, is feared missing after failing to return home at Rh Rebicca Lipat in Ulu Skrang, Sri Aman, since Thursday morning. The Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department received a report at 1.10pm today and mobilised personnel from the Betong fire station to assist in the search.

RM100,000 allocated to upgrade Rumah Rose gravity water pipe
A RM100,000 allocation has funded a gravity water pipe project at Rumah Rose Banyun in Sungai Gerugu, Ulu Sengaih, Julau, providing clean water access to the longhouse community. The project was launched by Meluan assemblyman Dato Rolland Duat Jubin, who also donated RM7,000 for kitchen equipment and beautification, and plans to upgrade the main road to the longhouse.
