20-year-old from Batu Uban among 21 Penang students to receive RM1,500 PTPTN advance
Ammar Yasir Bilal, 20, from Batu Uban, is one of 21 students from the Bukit Gelugor area who received the RM1,500 PTPTN education loan advance at a ceremony in George Town.
