Premises processing animal organs into fish feed seized for polluting river

The Seremban City Council seized a premises in Kampung Kayu Ara, Mambau, for processing animal organs into fish feed and discharging liquid waste into a nearby stream, causing pollution. The owner was issued a compound for operating without a license, and operations were ordered to stop.
