SUHAKAM urges Perak to review marriage incentive
SUHAKAM's Children's Commissioner has urged the Perak state government to reconsider its proposed RM500 first marriage incentive for those aged 15-35, warning that including minors could be seen as endorsing child marriage. She recommends limiting eligibility to those 18 and above and raising the minimum marriage age to 18 for Muslims in the state.
