Penang DVS: No clear offence under Animal Welfare Act for owner failing to stop dog fight
The Penang Veterinary Services Department said there is no clear offence under the Animal Welfare Act 2015 for an owner failing to stop a dog fight, following a viral video of an attack in Tanjung Bungah.
