LINDUNG 24 Jam is result of engagement with various parties since 2018 – MTUC
MTUC president Abdul Halim Mansor said the LINDUNG 24 Jam scheme was not a hasty decision but resulted from engagement with stakeholders since 2018, involving over 1,400 participants across 13 locations nationwide. He emphasized the scheme's importance in covering accidents outside working hours and said differences over contribution rates can be discussed through dialogue.
