Bintai Kinden to receive RM24.7m to exit Melaka university concession
Bintai Kinden Corp Bhd will receive RM24.7 million under a proposed settlement with Universiti Islam Melaka Bhd to exit its concession for student accommodation at Universiti Islam Melaka. The settlement, targeted by September 2027, involves either payment of outstanding amounts and termination of the concession, or a takeover of the subsidiary by UIMB.
