MClean Technologies plans private placement to raise up to RM26m
MClean Technologies, an ACE Market-listed company, plans a private placement to raise up to RM25.85 million, mainly for working capital and to fund a potential acquisition of industrial land and a factory in Johor. The new facility would increase production capacity by about 20%.
