Chief Secretary asks JPA to review DEEP weighting for KSU

The Chief Secretary to the Government, Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar, has asked the Public Service Department (JPA) to review the weighting of the Demerit Performance Evaluation System (DEEP) for ministry Secretary-Generals (KSU). He wants the evaluation to consider high-impact, people-centric projects and digitalisation, not just development projects. He made the statement after reviewing the performance of KSUs and the pilot implementation of DEEP.
