Magma completes sale of 20% stake in Impiana KLCC Hotel owner for RM63m
Magma Group has completed the disposal of its entire 20% equity in Heritage Lane Sdn Bhd, owner of Impiana KLCC Hotel, for RM63 million. Proceeds will repay borrowings and fund business investments.
