Malaysia Adds RM1 Billion to Microfinancing for Small Businesses
Malaysia has increased microfinancing for small businesses by RM1 billion, bringing the 2026 total to RM6 billion. The additional funds will be channelled through Bank Rakyat, Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia and TEKUN Nasional, and the e-invoicing exemption threshold was raised to RM3 million in annual sales.
