Malaysian Startup Raises US$2 Million To Tackle AI Chip Heat Bottleneck

Malaysian deep tech startup nanoSkunkWorkX has raised US$2 million in seed funding led by Singapore's Tin Men Capital to advance its AI chip heat management technology. The company, co-founded by former NASA scientist Dr Amani Salim, will use the funds for partner qualification and scaling its platform.
