Mara wins appeal to recover RM6.6mil from businessman
The Court of Appeal has ruled in favor of Majlis Amanah Rakyat (Mara), allowing the agency to recover RM6.6 million from businessman Naguib Mohd Nor over a failed profit guarantee. The ruling overturns a previous High Court decision and is related to Mara's RM33 million investment in Strand Aerospace Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
