DBKK urged to provide safe trolley routes

Api-Api Assemblyman Loi Kok Liang urged Kota Kinabalu City Hall (DBKK) to provide safe trolley routes for traders at the Central Market before confiscating their trolleys. He highlighted a complaint from a trader whose trolley was confiscated and a RM100 fee was charged, and called for clarification and review of the procedures.
