Star Sabah to pursue MA63 rights at ICJ as last resort
Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku (Star Sabah) president Jeffrey Kitingan said the party will take its Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) demands to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) as a last resort if the federal government does not fully implement the agreement. He made the statement at the party's 10th anniversary celebration in Kota Kinabalu, also urging for the full implementation of Sabah's rights, including the 40% federal revenue allocation.
