Two detained after baby found in sanitary bin in airport toilet

A newborn baby boy was found in a sanitary bin in an OKU toilet at Penang International Airport after a cleaner heard his cries. Police arrested a 23-year-old local woman and a 22-year-old Myanmar man in connection with the case, which is being investigated under Section 317 of the Penal Code.
