New Violation License applications under PUB 2014 will no longer be considered - NRES
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability (NRES) will no longer consider new applications for Violation Licenses under the Environmental Quality (Clean Air) Regulations 2014 (PUB 2014), effective immediately. Minister Arthur Joseph Kurup issued the directive to ensure full enforcement of PUB 2014 starting January 1, 2027.
